ਅੱਜ ਦਾ ਦਿਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਕੂਲ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਬੋਰਡ ਲਈ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਮਾਣ ਅਤੇ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਦਾ ਹੈ। ਬੋਰਡ ਦੇ 21 ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਸੁਪਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਹਕੀਕਤ ਬਣੇ ਹਨ।
ਮਾਨਯੋਗ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਹਰਜੋਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਬੈਂਸ ਜੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੇਗੂਲਰਾਈਜ਼ੇਸ਼ਨ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ ਭੇਟ ਕਰਨਾ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸੁਨਹਿਰੇ, ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਅਤੇ ਸਥਿਰ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਵੱਲ ਇੱਕ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕਦਮ ਹੈ।

ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਕੂਲ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਬੋਰਡ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ਾਂ ਦੀ ਤਸਦੀਕ ਲਈ ਈ-ਸਨਦ ਡਿਜ਼ਿਟਲ ਤਸਦੀਕ ਸੇਵਾ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਇਸ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਸੇਵਾ ਦਾ ਉਦਘਾਟਨ ਮਾਨਯੋਗ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਹਰਜੋਤ ਬੈਂਸ ਜੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।
ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ‘ਤੇ ਡਾ. ਅਮਰਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ, ਚੇਅਰਮੈਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਕੂਲ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਬੋਰਡ, ਸ੍ਰੀ ਹਰਸੁਨਹਿੰਦਰ ਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਰਾੜ (IAS), ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਹਾਇਰ ਐਜੂਕੇਸ਼ਨ, ਅਤੇ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਵਿਵੇਕ ਵਰਮਾ, ਐੱਸ.ਆਈ.ਓ. – ਐਨ.ਆਈ.ਸੀ. ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਰਹੇ।
ਇਸ ਨਵੀਂ ਪਹਲ ਨਾਲ ਹੁਣ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਸਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਦੂਰ-ਦਰਾਜ਼ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿੰ...ਦੇ ਪੁਰਾਣੇ ਅਤੇ ਨਵੇਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਰਕਸ਼ੀਟਾਂ ਦੀ ਤਸਦੀਕ ਲਈ ਘਰ ਬੈਠੇ ਹੀ ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਦੇ ਸਕਣਗੇ। ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਲਈ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਏਜੰਟਾਂ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਦੇਣੀ ਪੈਂਦੀ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਵਧੇਰੇ ਸਮਾਂ ਲੱਗਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਵਾਧੂ ਖਰਚਾ ਵੀ ਕਰਨਾ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਸੀ।
ਪਰ ਹੁਣ ਇਹ ਪੂਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਆਸਾਨ, ਤੇਜ਼ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਰਦਰਸ਼ੀ ਬਣ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਸੇਵਾ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ਾਂ ਦੀ ਡਿਜ਼ਿਟਲ ਜਾਂਚ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਅਪੋਸਟਿਲ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਮਾਣਿਕਤਾ ਦੀ ਸਹੂਲਤ ਵੀ ਉਪਲਬਧ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਤਸਦੀਕ ਦੀ ਸਮਾਂ-ਸੀਮਾ ਕਾਫ਼ੀ ਘੱਟ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ।
The Punjab School Education Board has launched the e-Sanad Digital Verification Service to facilitate the verification of students’ academic documents. This important service was formally inaugurated by the Hon’ble Education Minister of Punjab, Shri Harjot Bains Ji.
On this occasion, Dr. Amarpal Singh Ji, Chairman, Punjab School Education Board; Shri Harsunhinder Pal Singh Brar (IAS), Director Higher Education; and Shri Vivek Verma, SIO – NIC Punjab, were specially present.
With this new initiative, both current and former students—especially those residing abroad or in remote areas—can now apply online from the comfort of their homes for the verification of their certificates and mark sheets. Earlier, students had to rely on agents for this process, which was time-consuming and involved additional expenses.
Now, the entire process has become simple, fast, and transparent. Through this service, after digital verification of documents, the Ministry of External Affairs also provides apostille and attestation facilities, significantly reducing the overall verification timeline.
